Twitter is an online social networking service that enables users to communicate with each other via text-based posts up to 140 characters. Following other users is a way to see their updates.

Step 1: Sign in to Twitter
Visit Twitter Home page at: http://twitter.com/ and sign in with your account. Click this link if you are new to Twitter.

Step 2: Find users
Twitter offers many ways to Find people with Twitter account:
- Type the name of the users you're finding in the search box on the right panel. You can use both first, last name or Twitter user name
- Find friends by allowing Twitter accessing your other networks account such as Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail or MSN, Linkedln accounts: click the email icon or Linkedln icon in the Find Friends tab on the right panel. Then you're asked to provide your account id and password.
Click "Agree" button to allow Twitter accessing your contacts.
Step 3: Click the follow button
In the search results, click the person's avatar or username to check out their profile. Click Follow button if their profile matches your search.
