You are new to blog. You may hear of blogger owned by Google and would like to have a try as it is a free blog service and may be easy to use. This tutorial will assist you to create a new Blogger Blog.
Go to blogger website at: http://www.blogger.com or http://blogspot.com.
When the sign in page appears, enter your Google account to sign in.
In the Sign up for Blogger page you can enter your name used in the blog, gender, tick the 'Terms of Service' box, and click Continue button.
In the 'Manage Blogs' tab, you can then click the 'Create your blog now' button.
In the next page, you will be asked to enter your blog's title and choose a domain name for your blog.
After clicking Continue button you can then choose the template for your blog in the next page.
After choosing a template, you can then start a new post in the editor window.

- Background music
- Allow visitors to subscribe to your articles via email
- If you have a Twitter account, you may want to add a 'Follow me' button on your blog and display your Twitter updates in your blog. You may also want to automatically create a tweet when you create a new post in your blog.
- Add a shoutbox for visitors to chat
- Add a simple horizontal navigation menu for easy navigation
- Image slide show
You may also want your new blog quickly crawled by search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo! Search so that you can quickly get traffic to your blog.
