How to get "$50 in Free Ad Credit" for new Bing Webmaster users

A few weeks after adding my blog to Bing webmaster tools I received an email containing a coupon code worth $50.

In the email, it said:
" To say thank you for being a valued Bing Webmaster, we are offering you $50 in free clicks to use in Microsoft Advertising™ adCenter... by opening a Microsoft Advertising adCenter account before Oct 31, 2011..."
This coupon is only for 'residents of 50 United States and Washington, D.C.' as said in the email.

I don't know if every body has a new Bing Webmaster account and register their site with Microsoft will get this free ad credit. However, if you want you can have a try!
