How to track visitors' activities when they visit your blog

Google Analytics is a set of free and easy tools helping website owners quantitatively measure what happens on their websites such as:
  • Where the visitors come from
  • How visitors find their websites
  • What website content visitors are particular interested in
Here are simple steps to create a Google Analytics account.

Step 1: Login using Google account
Login to your Google Analytics webpage using your Google account as a Google account can be used to login to many Google services, including Google Analytics (click here to go to the Google Analytics webpage).

Step 2: Create a new Google Analytics Account
 If you are new to Google Analytics, Google will ask you to create a Google Analytics account. This Google Analytics account will belong to the Google account you just signed in in Step 1. And a Google account can have many Google Analytics account.

Step 3: Provide General and Contact information
In this step, you need to provide some basic information about your website like:
  • Your Website's URL

  • Your Google Analytics Account name
  • Time zone country or territory
  • Time zone
Step 4: Accept Google Analytics terms of service
 After submitting the form, you will need to agree to the Google terms of service and click the "Create New Account" button.

Step 5: Add tracking code to your website
After clicking the "Create New Account" button, you will be provided the tracking code of your website.
